Scheduled appt over phone for 22 Oct 2020 at 5:30pm. They said someone would call me 30min before heading out. Thursday i called at 5:18pm because I hadn't heard anything. 5:36 they called and said the tech got a flat tire on the way and asked to reschedule for Friday at 6PM. Friday I still hadn't heard from anybody by 5:39 so i called again, no answer. Tech arrived after 6:30 did his diagnostic. Told me some parts to order on amazon and i paid $90. He said i would receive a quote for the repair tomorrow and i didn't receive anything. Monday i called, no answer. I also sent email letting them know the tech left something at the house, no response. Tuesday I called again, left message and phone number and still no call back. Now I'm back to looking for a ac repair company after wasting $90 with them. The company is difficult to get ahold of and after you pay $90 for a quick diagnostic they are unavailable for the repair which defeats the purpose of paying for the diagnostic to begin with. It's as if they had no intention of doing the repair. This type of service makes the other reviews seem like fabricated reviews from review farm's or post from friends and family. UPDATE 28 Oct 2020 The company did reach out to me after I left a review. We are scheduled to proceed with the repairs 31 Oct 2020. Will update. UPDATE 2 Nov 2020 Company came out on time as scheduled 31 October. Discovered another problem and had to wait for part before completing job 2 Nov 2020. From 28 Oct 2020 forward, they were responsive and communicated the way I would expect a 5 star AC company to communicate. They finished repairs today and did a great job.

The manual mislead us to where there was no way to get it to work if the settings it suggested were followed. The company gave us some options to choose from and after deciding which heat pump worked best for us, they schedule our unit to be put in right away. The tech did a great job and was very knowledgeable. he explained everything he did and showed us how to set our thermostat on our new unit.
